Rigolet, the oldest community along Labrador’s remote north coast, is located 160km North East of Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the entrance of Hamilton Inlet.

There are no roads connecting
Rigolet to other communities. During summer, Coastal Labrador Marine Services offers passenger ferry service. In winter the Labrador Winter Trail provides access to the community. Air Labrador and Provincial Airlines offer flights in and out of the community year around.

Local traditional transportation such as speed boat, snowmobile and dog sled can also be arranged.
